Davis Vick, Director of Operations and Compliance
Mr. Vick is responsible for all regulatory, legal, and compliance matters for Frontier Solutions. Mr. Vick is responsible for initial and ongoing operational and compliance due diligence of underlying fund managers. Prior to joining Frontier Solutions, Mr. Vick spent six years at Maymont Partners, Inc., a registered broker-dealer specializing in alternative investments, as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Previously Mr. Vick worked at the Federal Reserve Bank in the Research Department as a manager over financial reporting for the banking sector.
Mr. Vick has a BA in economics from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the University of Richmond. He is Series 7, 24, 39, 27 and 66 licensed.
Debbie Terry, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Terry is responsible for all aspects of the accounting, financial reporting and internal controls of the firm.
Ms. Terry has over twenty years of accounting experience in both private industry and public accounting. She has provided accounting and advisory services to businesses in a variety of industries including: financial services, construction, land development, real estate sales and rental, manufacturing, retail, and service industries.
Ms. Terry is a CPA licensed in the state of Georgia and a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is Series 28 licensed. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Boston University and her MBA in Finance from Kennesaw State University.
Isa Robins, Compliance Analyst
Ms. Robins joined Frontier in 2014 as Office Manager. Ms. Robins has over 20 years of experience in the alternative industry. Ms. Robins' duties include general office management as well as ongoing support of Frontier's marketing efforts and regulatory compliance. Ms. Robins received an Associate degree in Court and Conference Reporting in 1989.
Bryan R. Fisher
Mr. Bryan R. Fisher, born in 1973, joined the Aspen Partners in 2000 and became a Director in the company in 2007. Mr. Fisher was promoted to Managing Director in September 2012 and is now responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Aspen's day to day business and setting the future direction of the firm. Prior to this promotion Bryan was primarily responsible for client relationships in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions of the United States. Before joining the Aspen, he previously worked for First Union Securities’ (now Wells Fargo Securities) Alternative Investment Group where he was responsible for National sales and marketing of alternative investments.
William Ware Bush
Mr. Bush, Partner, has twenty-six years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined the Aspen Partners in 1998. He is primarily responsible for client relationships in the Southern and Western Regions of the United States.
In his career he has served in a variety of roles at investment banks and management firms. He started his investment career as an Institutional Salesman for E. F. Hutton & Company and was a Vice President at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He has been a senior marketer for two institutional investment advisory organizations. He has been with Aspen Partners since 1998 and has helped design, structure and promote investment programs in Managed Futures and Hedge Funds.
